Shipping policy

Your order will be packaged and sent for delivery within 1 business day of your order being placed and payment succeeding. It can take varying amounts of time for the package to arrive at your address but within Australia it should arrive between 3-5 business days.

We will provide you tracking information and other updates via email.

If you have not received your order within a reasonable time, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order please contact us at orders@spinningtopfibre.com.au and quote your order number. We will rectify the situation at our own expense.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery and possibly more in remote areas.

We take all care but accept no responsibility for damage during transit.
